I am a Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional & Dietetic Medicine) from Endeavour College of Natural Health. I enjoyed studying health in high school, but it wasn’t until after I had my three children that I decided to study nutritional medicine. I have witnessed the power food and nutrients play when it comes to our digestion, hormones, weight and nervous system, and the importance of ensuring any change is achievable and easy to maintain. I have a passion for children and teen health and whilst it’s an ongoing journey, getting kids in the kitchen is so important, this is me with my daughter making a nourishing smoothie!
Finding answers is different for everyone. I enjoy playing ‘detective’ and helping people find the root causes of their problems.
